Thank you for using Metroplex Medical Centres as your healthcare provider, we appreciate your valued business.

We offer an online payment service for your convenience in paying the balance due on any statement. If you would like to pay online simply click the 'Pay Now' link below and you will be taken to the Phreesia site (our secure payment processing vendor). Here you will be asked to provide some information to help identify your account (all of which can be found on your billing statement):

Patients are responsible at the time of service for Co-Pays or full Payment if there is no insurance coverage for services rendered. Please notify us of any special requirements in your insurance plan.

If for some reason you paid an incorrect amount, please contact the Billing Office on 214-580-7277 to review your account. Refunds cannot be issued through the on line secure payment processor.
